Julia is a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and is waiting for bar results before she makes any permanent career decisions. She graduated from Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA. Previous to being an officer for TAP, she held various leadership positions throughout her undergraduate and law school career, such as Member of the Wellesley College Finance Committee and Secretary of the McGeorge SOL Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She was also involved in TACL, both as a political intern in 2002 and a coordinator for the Political Internship Program in 2004. She currently acts as the Vice President for the TACL-LA Chapter and a member on its Political Internship Program Committee. For TAP, she formerly served as Secretary in 2004 before law school took her away. On top of all of this, Julia attends Newsong Church in Los Angeles and serves on its Film Team. Julia eagerly awaits winters to snowboard, hardly passes up invitations to go karaoke-ing, loves trying out new restaurants and cuisines, recreationally reads, parties like a rockstar, and will travel at a moment's notice.
